1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website aiwholesalebroker.com and all related products, content, and services provided by BUY BOX LOGISTICS, which operates under the brand AI Wholesale Broker ("BUY BOX LOGISTICS," "AI Wholesale Broker," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the site, submitting a form, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Our services

AI Wholesale Broker provides wholesale product brokering support, consultations, educational materials, training programs, and related tools and software that teach people how to broker wholesale product deals — connecting buyers with suppliers of physical goods using AI tools. This is wholesale/e-commerce product brokering and business education. It is not real estate, securities, stock, crypto, or financial-markets trading. The specific scope of any engagement is defined at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Accounts

Where the services require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

5. Payment and refunds

• Prices are stated at the point of purchase in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.
• Subscription products renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund eligibility is stated on the applicable product page or purchase agreement. Where no refund policy is stated, all sales are final.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.

6. SMS program terms

Program description

We operate two message categories, each requiring its own separate opt-in:

• Transactional — consultation scheduling and confirmations, broker follow-ups on deals or suppliers you asked about, order and deal status updates, and replies to your questions.
• Promotional — deal alerts, supplier and product opportunities, training and webinar announcements, and special offers.

Consent

You consent to receive messages only by checking the applicable box on our web form. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of receiving the free course or purchasing any product or service. Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Opting out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent from that program. To rejoin, submit the form again.

Cost and carriers

We do not charge for messages, but message and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your obligations

You agree to provide a mobile number you are authorised to use and to notify us promptly if that number changes or is reassigned.

7. No guarantee of results

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes. We make no representation or warranty regarding earnings, profitability, or the performance of any deal.

8. Not legal, tax, or investment advice

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, or investment advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your use of the site or our services.

Business, tax, licensing, and consumer-protection laws vary significantly by state and locality. You are responsible for consulting a licensed attorney or accountant in your jurisdiction, and for confirming whether your business activities require any licences, permits, or registrations before acting.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Submit false information or another person's contact details without their permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, video, course materials, templates, scripts, and software — is owned by BUY BOX LOGISTICS (DBA AI Wholesale Broker) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own business. All other rights are reserved.

11. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUY BOX LOGISTICS and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost deals, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
