1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website aiwholesalebroker.com and all related products, content, and services provided by AI Wholesale Broker ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the site, submitting a form, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Our services

AI Wholesale Broker provides real estate wholesaling brokerage support, consultations, educational materials, training programs, and related tools and software. The specific scope of any engagement is defined at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Accounts

Where the services require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

5. Payment and refunds

• Subscription products renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.

6. SMS program terms

Program description

We operate two message categories, each requiring its own separate opt-in:

• Transactional — consultation scheduling and confirmations, broker follow-ups on properties or deals you asked about, contract and closing status updates, and replies to your questions.
• Promotional — new property listings, deal alerts, training and webinar announcements, and special offers.

Consent

You consent to receive messages only by checking the applicable box on our web form. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Opting out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent from that program. To rejoin, submit the form again.

Cost and carriers

We do not charge for messages, but message and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your obligations

You agree to provide a mobile number you are authorised to use and to notify us promptly if that number changes or is reassigned.

7. No guarantee of results

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes. We make no representation or warranty regarding earnings, profitability, or the performance of any deal.

8. Not legal, tax, or investment advice

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, or investment advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your use of the site or our services.

Real estate laws, licensing requirements, and contract rules vary significantly by state and locality. 9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Submit false information or another person's contact details without their permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, video, course materials, templates, scripts, and software — is owned by AI Wholesale Broker or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
